Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Crewik ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Crewik is an event management platform designed for touring artists, production companies, and event organizers. Our Service provides tools for managing events, crews, tasks, documentation, and related services.

Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful materials
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload, post, or transmit through the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the right to grant us the license described above. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.

Subscription and Payment

Our Service offers various subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
  • Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
  • Price changes with advance notice
  • No refunds except as required by law or as explicitly stated

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Crewik and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or logos without our prior written permission.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
  • We may delete your account and User Content
  • All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will survive

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREWIK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Crewik and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Crewik operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
