Introduction:
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Crewik.com web app ("App"). By using the App, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use the App.
Accounts:
In order to use the App, you must create an account and provide certain information about yourself as prompted by the App's registration form. You must treat such information as confidential and you must not disclose it to any third party. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner. Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete, and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering. We reserve the right to refuse access to the App, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion and without notice.
Service Activation:
Upon signup and payment, your account will be activated, and you will receive an email with instructions on how to access and start using our service. Activation can take up to 24 hours but is usually done within a few hours.
Service Delivery:
Our service is delivered via the internet and can be accessed through a web browser on any device with internet access. No physical goods will be shipped to you.
Cancellation Policy:
To cancel your subscription on Crewik.com, please log in to your account and navigate to the Billing section. Scroll down and click on the "Cancel Subscription" button. Your account will remain active for the remainder of the billing period and will be switched to the free plan upon cancellation. If you have any remaining balance on the SMS platform, you may request a refund to the original payment method by contacting us at hello@crewik.com. Please note that there are no refunds for any unused portion of the subscription.

We provide technical support to our customers to ensure a smooth experience using our service. If you have any issues or need assistance, please contact us at hello@crewik.com.
Purchases:
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the App ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase, including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete. By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons, including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
Content:
The App may allow you to create, upload, post, send, or store content, including but not limited to text, photos, and videos ("Content"). You retain all ownership rights in your Content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the Content in connection with the App and our business. You agree not to upload, post, or otherwise distribute or facilitate the distribution of any Content that violates our terms and conditions. Termination:
We may terminate or suspend your account and your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason or no reason, including without limitation if you breach any of the terms and conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App.
